Crawfish Boil with the guys

On Friday May 28th at 6:00 PM the men at Journey are getting together to boil some crawfish. We’ve been boiling crawfish on Memorial day weekend for many years at this church. Usually we host the annual Big Day in May on the Sunday before Memorial Day. But this year we aren’t, due to the construction going on at our ‘Big Day Park’. In 2011 we shall resume BDiM on Memorial Day Weekend.
So this year the guys at Journey are filling in the crawfish gap with a little boil of our own. I hope you can make it, I will be one of the Cajun Chefs preparing that Louisiana delicacy. Crawfish.
