Dr. Mark Rutland will be speaking at Journey Fellowship Church on October 3 & 4, 2009. Dr. Rutland is the President of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and also leads Global Servants which ministers in several nations. globalservants.org 
    Mark is an honored educator and an incredible speaker. He will be addressing pastors and church leaders on Saturday October 3rd at 6 PM and he will be speaking to the church on Sunday October 4th at 9 and 11 AM. Journey Fellowship Church is proud to host Dr. Mark Rutland.

This year we started a new tradition.  The Labor Day appreciation breakfast was a big hit.  All of our leaders were invited to join together for breakfast as our way of saying thanks for all your hard work.  Each leader at Journey is valuable and makes a lasting impact on our members and guests.    The series of talks that I’m giving for September, will focus on ancient truths for modern problems. To borrow a line from the iphone ads, ‘there’s an app for that’. The first topic we find an ‘application’ for is fear. Everybody is afraid of something, and there is one app for all fears. I will tell you what that is this weekend. I’m kicking off the series with a Top 10 List. It’s called ‘Top 10 Phobias that’s easiest to overcome’. Should be a blast.
